A result link takes me back to the simulator

The result is available only in the tab that ran the contest. A link to /results/ does not contain the result itself. On another device, in another browser, or after clearing site data, there may be nothing to show. The app returns to the simulator with an explanation instead of sending you through several missing-data alerts.

Keep using the original tab. Closing it ends the contest session. The web edition does not provide records or export/import.

Continue is disabled during selection

Check the minimum number of participants required by the final size. Eurovision mode also applies its own field requirements. When automatic qualifiers are enabled, the required countries must be selected. The message below the selection grid identifies the missing requirement. A partially highlighted continent button means only some countries in that group are selected.

I cannot proceed to the Grand Final

Complete the semi-finals needed by the chosen format, including any enabled wildcard stage. The final needs the recorded qualifier lists. If you changed the setup or began a new contest, the previous allocation and results may have been replaced deliberately. Start from the current allocation rather than an old browser-history entry.

My favorite did not win

Ratings alter selection weights, not guaranteed placements. The number and types of voters, self-vote exclusion, enabled rounds, and complex-mode preferences all affect the outcome. Odds to Win shows a rating-based forecast, not a measured winning probability. Check the separate jury/public tables and individual voting matrices before deciding that a total is wrong.

For arithmetic, add the jury and public totals for the same entry and compare the sum with its combined score. For each enabled voter, check that no points were assigned to its own country and that no recipient appears twice in that voter's ranking. The worked scoreboard shows an example.

A storage warning appears

The browser may block temporary session storage or run out of its site quota. The current screen can remain usable in memory, but a page change cannot carry that state. Enable site storage before continuing a contest.

Older releases may have left persistent data. This edition does not read it. You can remove site data through browser settings; doing so also resets the current contest.

I reloaded the Picker

Picker choices remain on the current page. Reloading or leaving the page starts a fresh ranking. Complete the comparisons before leaving the picker.

If the problem persists, email the publisher with the page address, browser, selected format, and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private information.
