Reporting an app problem
Include the page address, your device and browser, the contest format, and the last action before the problem appeared. For a voting issue, include whether jury, public, or both rounds were enabled and whether custom voters or complex mode were active. Describe the relevant scores and which results view you were using.
You do not need to send passwords, account credentials, or private information. For privacy questions, explain the request without including sensitive information unnecessarily.
Entry corrections and image questions
If an artist, song, or contest-stage label needs correction, identify the entry and link to the official announcement. For a question about an image in the Picker, also identify the song or artist concerned.
For general usage, the guides cover setting up a contest, reading results, and recovering from common problems. The web edition does not save contest history or offer data export/import.
